Bookings T&Cs
Your booking is not reserved until payment has been received (deposit or full amount). All courses require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is accepted via the online shop or bank transfer.
Antenatal Courses
You may cancel your antenatal course booking at any time by letting me know of the cancellation by email. As these are private, 1-2-1 classes, I have committed this time for you.
If you cancel before the start of the antenatal course I will refund 50% of the full cost.
If you cancel less than four weeks before the start of the course then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, I can offer a refund at any point up until the course begins. This is at my discretion.
After you have attended the first class, no refunds will be offered.
Unforeseen Circumstances
If for any reason I need to reschedule a session you will be given as much notice as possible.
Privacy
Manu Trisoglio respects your right to privacy and will protect the general information that you have provided as part of your hiring me as your doula, or your application to attend any Manu Trisoglio courses. I will not share your information with 3rd parties. I will protect your data from misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration to the best of my ability.
When booking a class with Manu Trisoglio, you will be subscribed to my mailing list. You may unsubscribe from this at any time.
Photos from classes will only be used where permission has been gained from you (you will be given the option to accept or decline permission in the pre-course questionnaire). Where permission has been given, photos may be used on the website, Manu Trisoglio social media channels and promotional materials.
Manu Trisoglio Courses T&Cs
All Manu Trisoglio courses are taught by Manu a highly qualified and experienced Doula and antenatal/hypnobirthing, teacher and Infant Feeding Coach. Manu will give general educational advice about pregnancy and childbirth. Individual particular advice on your current pregnancy and wellbeing cannot be given under any circumstances and clients must take queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their Community Midwife, GP, Obstetrician or other appropriate health professional.
All courses have been designed to be up-to-date and factually correct at the time of teaching and to represent the current accepted professional standards about general maternity advice.
Manu Trisoglio cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attending a class. You are particularly advised to take care of all personal property and possessions.
Manu Trisoglio Courses have been designed as a supplement to the information, advice and general instruction offered by the local NHS Trust. All course material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.
Manu Trisoglio reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its classes.
If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst in attendance at the sessions you should immediately seek the advice of your midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.
Manu Trisoglio Birth Doula Services
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the full remainder being due at your first antenatal session.
You may cancel your Birth Doula Support booking at any time by letting me know of the cancellation by email. As I only take on one client at a time to avoid a clash of due dates, I block 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your expected due date. As I have committed this time for you, and not taken on any other clients for this period, if you choose to cancel more than eight weeks before your expected due date, or scheduled caesarean, I will hold the 50% deposit, and refund you any other payment made.
If you cancel less than eight weeks before your expected due date or scheduled caesarean, then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, I can offer a refund at my discretion.
After you have attended our first antenatal session, no refunds will be offered.
Unforeseen Circumstances

Manu Trisoglio Postnatal Support services
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the full remainder being due before your first postnatal session.
You may cancel your Postnatal Doula Support booking at any time by letting me know of the cancellation by email. As I have committed this time for you and not taken on any other clients for this period, if you choose to cancel more than six weeks before my services were agreed to commence, I will hold the 50% deposit and refund you any other payment made.
If you cancel less than six weeks before my services were agreed to commence, then no refund will be given. However, under exceptional circumstances, I can offer a refund at my discretion.
Once you have booked my Nurturing the New Mum package and agreed on a date (to commence the days after your baby is born), the weekly sessions must be used up within 6 weeks of you giving birth. If you do not use up all of your allocated hours, you will not be given a refund.
